RULES
CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS ARE RECOMMENDED TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL ONLY WITH ADULTS
We hope you understand that a good festival is possible only executing some rules. Please be attentive reading the following rules and FAQ on our site to avoid some misunderstanding or conflict situations. Somebody could not like the rules, but they are written and exist according to some reasons. Thank you for understanding!
Coming to our festival you agree and engaged to observe the following rules:
1. FOOD, DRINKS AND SMOKING
- Smoking and usage of any alcoholic drinks is strictly forbidden on the territory of the festival. Don’t forget you’re in a public place.
- It’s forbidden to take any food to the Game room and to the Hall for master-classes and lections.
2. BEHAVIOR ON THE FESTIVAL
- It’s strictly not recommended to disturb a public calmness or disturb the people around you (to scream, to run etc.)
- It’s forbidden to appropriate any festival property (posters, banners, exhibition photos and drawings, laptops, mobile phones etc)
- It’s forbidden to pass through to the administrative and subsidiary premises without organizers
- It’s flatly forbidden to visit the festival in alcoholic or drug intoxication
- It’s forbidden to move the festival property without permission
- It’s flatly forbidden to damage the festival property and rented placements
3. ADVERTISING AND COMMERCE
- It’s flatly forbidden to share at the festival any promotional materials without accordance with the organizers
- Any independent commerce it’s flatly forbidden on the festival if not agreed with the organizers
COSPLAY – PERFOMANCE RULES
- it’s forbidden to make photos with a flash during the performance (the violators would be sent off the hall immediately)
- It’s flatly forbidden to appear on the stage by yourself if you’re not accompanied by hosts (for the audience)
- It’s flatly forbidden to disturb other spectators (stand up, speak loudly etc.).
- It’s forbidden to walk in front of the stage, if you’re taller than 1 meter.
ANIME WALK RULES
- It’s flatly forbidden to chant any obscene slogans and remarks that infringe rights or interests of other people.
- It’s forbidden to leave the procession when its conducting (to avoid the conflict situations with law enforcement agencies).
- To execute all the orders and demands of the organizers neatly and well-coordinated during the procession (to provide a well-organized movement along the city streets).
